  Careless application of weed control nearly killed my plants along the edge of lawn. They said they were going to come out and take a look at them, but I never heard anything further.
  
  Grass is doing a bit better but still a ton of weeds and insects in the lawn. They tell you on this form how to care for your lawn better but it's not really useful advice. I was told to raise my mower deck, but I have a ride-on that is already set at its highest. They also said to water more, but not how much nor how often to do so.
  
  After 2 years with them, the grass is only marginally better. I also have fertilizer in my sprinkler system so I don't know if I can attribute the whole improvement to them or it. We will be looking into another company for next season.
  
  Update 9 sep 2017: since I posted the review, the company has been extremely responsive. Actually the most communication since I started with them two years ago. We will see how they do going forward and will update the review further.
